Tasting notes
Clear pale yellow with greenish reflections. Distinctly fine-grained perlage. The nose is crystal clear and clean. Yellow apple, vineyard peach, wisteria and acacia flowers. Juicy, fleshy and with a plenty of mellowness on the palate. Very pleasant and long-lasting foam. A distinctly elegant Valdobbiadene.
