For five decades, the conscientious Graziano Merotto has dedicated himself entirely to Prosecco. With meticulous care, he cultivates his vines on the best slopes of Valdobbiadene exclusively by hand. Thanks to his sensitive work in the cellar, he has quietly built up an excellent reputation.
His Prosecchi – a range of wines recognised as flawless by Gambero Rosso – impress with their minerality, finesse and great elegance. The top cuvée del Fondatore appears to be destined for the coveted «tre bicchieri».
