Santa Cristina

Weitsicht über die Rebberge des Weinguts Santa Cristina

At their Santa Cristina winery in Tuscany, the Antinori family of winegrowers produce cheerful wines at an unbeatable price.

The small town of Cortona is located in the Tuscan province of Arezzo. It was there, halfway between Siena and Perugia, that the Santa Cristina rosso was born in 1946. Seven decades later, the red wine consisting of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah is still the perennial favourite from the Antinori winery in Tuscany.

The Santa Cristina brand comprises cheerful, uncomplicated everyday wines in the best sense of the word; wines that are a pleasure to drink every day and go well with all kinds of food, especially pasta, pizza and other Italian specialities. After all, even a Marchese doesn’t drink such a fine wine as, say, Tignanello every day ...
