Tasting notes
Sparkling straw yellow. Graceful on the nose with notes of apples, pears, some pineapple and a hint of fresh hay. Juicy and fresh on the palate, ripe yellow fruit - plus discreet exotic notes, wonderful acidity and a really long finish.
