Since 1988, Switzerland has been my home – and gastronomy my passion.
I had the privilege to work as host at Bianchi for seven years, and now I have the pleasure to continue my journey at Zafferano. Hospitality is close to my heart: for me, being a host is more than just a career, it’s a true calling. Together with my great team, every day I create a place where our guests feel welcome and appreciated.

For me, Zafferano is the greatest adventure, an adventure that I am going into with enthusiasm and the willingness to question my own ideas and to be open to new things. I strive for professional growth in an environment that is dedicated to high-quality ingredients. And that’s what I have done, from my first job working under a stubborn Barese in the Puglian village of Noicattaro to the almost ten years I have spent at Ristorante Vallocaia.
