Meine Wurzeln liegen in Spanien und Madagaskar, mein Zuhause in der Schweiz. Diese Vielfalt begleitet mich auch im Berufsalltag. Beim Freediving finde ich Ruhe und Fokus. Genau diese Qualitäten prägen meine Arbeit als Leader im Team. Verantwortung zu übernehmen und füreinander da zu sein steht dabei im Zentrum. In der Trattoria Sempre laden italienische Tapas zum gemeinsamen Probieren ein und das Ambiente vermittelt italienische Lebensfreude.

My journey began over ten years ago in Italy, where I discovered a love of Italian cuisine while working as sous-chef. After that I moved on to London, where I got to know not just Italian cuisine but also Asian and British cuisine in all their diverse forms. I have been in Switzerland since January 2024 and I have been part of the Bindella family since April 2024. Now I am here at Trattoria Sempre – and ready to show what real passion on the plate means.
For me, cooking is more than just a job – it’s my way of telling stories. Stories of a sunny tavolata on the Italian coast, of modern and urban cuisines and of the art of combining flavours to create something truly new. What do I strive for? To create the very best from fresh ingredients and to wow my guests with every dish.
