As a host, I give it my all each and every day – it’s not just about serving good food and wine; it’s about making people happy, giving them the feeling that they are in just the right place. The opportunity to manage the terrasse, which I think is the nicest restaurant in Zurich, is a dream come true for me. And I look forward to experiencing that afresh each day, together with my team and our guests.

My kitchen philosophy is simple: quality and dedication in every detail. For me, being a cook is not a job, it’s a philosophy of life. I take great pleasure in fresh ingredients and the art of creating culinary masterpieces out of them. Bindella offers me the ideal platform to live out my passion to the fullest. What I find especially fulfilling is to assist young people in their training and to share my experiences with them. I look forward to offering you unforgettable culinary moments and serving up some of my special creations here at the terrasse Restaurant.
