I have been part of the «famiglia» since 2007 and have already worked in various Bindella Ristoranti. Now I have the honour to welcome you to Santa Lucia Schaffhausen as its managing director. People in the historic town of Schaffhausen know each other personally, which I really like. I look forward to seeing you here – you are very welcome!

Growing up in Salento, in southern Italy, I discovered my passion for the culinary arts at the age of twelve while working in a pizzeria. That’s when I decided to pursue training at a hotel management school. Afterward, I gained experience in various regions of Italy and ran my own restaurant for 17 years. I’ve been living in Switzerland since 2022, and today I bring my experience and my Apulian roots to Santa Lucia Schaffhausen. High-quality ingredients and a strong team spirit are especially important to me. A dish I love to serve? Lemon spaghetti with shrimp tartare.
