Born in Istanbul and trained in tourism and hospitality in Antalya, my path led me to Switzerland in 2000. A year later, I joined the Bindella family, where I was able to further deepen my passion for gastronomy and gain valuable experience. Our kitchen at Santa Lucia is known for authentic dishes and high-quality ingredients, prepared with care and respect for tradition. As general manager, my goal is to offer our guests a harmonious and high-quality experience—characterized by freshness and genuine Italian hospitality.

I am Italian and attended hotel management school in Italy. After five years working in various restaurants, I moved to Switzerland in 2016 and joined Bindella.
Italian cuisine is my great passion, and I continue to deepen my knowledge of it here every day.
For me, the team is key, because success can only be achieved together. What I particularly appreciate about Bindella are the opportunities for professional development and the trust placed in its employees.
