Born and raised in Seeland, I completed my apprenticeship as a service specialist in upscale dining and have remained in the industry ever since. Since obtaining my restaurant license, I have worked as a general manager—currently at Santa Lucia in Bern. My favorite dish is saltimbocca alla romana. I enjoy traveling and regularly organize darts tournaments. I prioritize a warm and welcoming atmosphere, support my employees, and make sure our guests always experience friendly and professional service. I appreciate the strong team spirit at Bindella—not only within our own establishment but also beyond our doors.

I learned Italian cooking from scratch in Marsala, Italy. I was able to expand my skills by working in various kitchens in Italy. In 2017 I got the opportunity to live out my passion at Santa Lucia Bern, first as a cook and then, starting in 2023, as chef de cuisine.
In Bern, my team and I create our food from fresh ingredients and the best Italian products.
My absolute favourite: tagliatelle Santa Lucia. Come by and enjoy our delicious offerings.
