As a young man, I started my professional career as a waiter in Italy, which is how I funded my university studies. Gastronomy has always fascinated me, and I was given the opportunity to advance professionally. Santa Lucia Baden represents hospitality and quality, which is something I really appreciate, and I am glad to be able to prove myself here as managing director.

I am very attached to my roots and to my country’s traditions. I have been living in Zurich since 2018 and I have been a member of the Bindella family since I arrived. I have worked at various restaurants, such as Santa Lucia Corso, Il Pulcino, Santa Lucia Wiedikon and Winterthur, and in every place I have always endeavoured to learn new things and grow. That’s what drives me: the opportunity to advance with the Bindella family, to grow and improve. I love cooking traditional dishes that have a connection to Italian culinary culture, but also experimenting with new recipes, always with the passion I feel for cooking.
