My roots are in gastronomy. I took my first steps inside one of my parents’ restaurants in Slovakia, which is where I learned the craft. My curiosity drove me further afield, and I have been continuing my culinary journey in Switzerland since 2015. I have grown professionally thanks to continual training, constantly searching for new horizons. At Bindella I have found an inspiring environment that motivates me to give it my all each and every day. My greatest joy is when our guests leave the restaurant with a smile on their faces.

My adventure at Bindella began in 2019 at Verdi in Bern, where I started as sous chef. I found a second home in this city and a great opportunity for professional growth at Bindella. Thanks to my passion and dedication, I eventually became executive chef at Più Kornhaus.
Now a new chapter is beginning for me at Lorenzini. My goal? I want to put a modern spin on authentic dishes and convey a zest for life and a sense of Italian spirit to our guests.
