My roots are in gastronomy. I took my first steps inside one of my parents’ restaurants in Slovakia, which is where I learned the craft. My curiosity drove me further afield, and I have been continuing my culinary journey in Switzerland since 2015. I have grown professionally thanks to continual training, constantly searching for new horizons. At Bindella I have found an inspiring environment that motivates me to give it my all each and every day. My greatest joy is when our guests leave the restaurant with a smile on their faces.

Tropea, a magical and picturesque town in Calabria, is where I hail from. Known as the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and for good reason, the town sits atop a cliff right on the coast. This is where I discovered my passion for cooking. Tropea’s remarkable culinary culture reflects the rich tradition of Italian cuisine – an experience that we wish to share with our guests at Ristorante Lorenzini. I have been a proud member of the Bindella family for almost 10 years now. But my goal has always remained the same: to share with you the love that I put into every dish – from the delicious flavours to the artful presentation.
