My journey at Ristorante Latini began way back in December 1999, after I completed my culinary training. The very family-like atmosphere and the strong sense of solidarity at the Bindella enterprises is one of the reasons I am still here. I am a huge fan of Mediterranean cuisine and I love creating and cooking new dishes. As chef de cuisine at Latini Basel, I aim to ensure that our guests enjoy their culinary experience, inspired by my expertise, creativity and passion.
