At Gerberstube, I bridge two places that are almost 1,400 kilometres apart. I was born and raised in Il Cilento National Park in Campania. After gaining culinary experience in both Italy and Switzerland – in Valais and Graubünden, among other places – I am now bringing the inspiration of southern Italian cuisine to the Rhine, together with my wonderful team.
