As a trained bookbinder with English roots, my path took me to the hospitality industry and to the school of hotel management in Sydney. I have been part of Bindella for many years. From the terrasse in Zurich, through the opening of Più Schiffbau, to the National, I have had the opportunity to help shape various establishments, and now after a hiatus I am very proud to be heading up Cantinetta Bindella in Winterthur.
It’s important to me that all my guests feel at home – like being in their own living room.

As a native of Winterthur, I am proud to say that I have been working in the kitchen at Cantinetta Bindella for 27 years. I love Italian cuisine because it’s good without being complicated: we use high-quality ingredients to create simple and enjoyable dishes. Most of all, I love our house-made pasta, which we prepare fresh every day.
