I was born and raised not far from the Bindella winery in Tuscany. It was love that brought me to Solothurn. For about 20 years now I have been working at Cantinetta Bindella, first as chef de cuisine, now as managing director.

I was born in Poland and grew up in Sicily, which is where my passion for cooking began. After completing a degree in hotel management, I began to gather professional experience through working in traditional Italian kitchens.

Since 2017 I have been living in Switzerland and working at Cantinetta Bindella in Solothurn, a job I am very passionate about. Our Tuscan-inspired cuisine with a focus on high-quality ingredients and simple elegance is my true culinary home.

I find a calm and motivating work environment just as important as mutually respectful teamwork. For me, Bindella means: family solidarity and genuine dedication to culinary excellence.
