I grew up in Umbria and funded my university studies by working as a pizzaiolo and waiter. This is how I discovered my passion for gastronomy. After I worked various seasonal jobs in the mountains, love brought me to Switzerland. As an Italian, I am proud to work for Bindella and to be your host at Cantinetta Antinori.

Cell phones and the internet were a thing of the future when I signed my first contract with Bindella. That was 1994; how time flies! But some things have remained the same over the years. Such as the fact that I like my kitchen to be clean and tidy. My specialities too have hardly changed; I still cook classic Tuscan: cappellacci di ricotta and tagliolini al tartufo. But above all I remain a Bindelliano, one hundred per cent, right from the start. And I am proud of it!
