I was born and raised in Salerno, on the Tyrrhenian Sea – Italian cuisine has been my constant companion for as long as I can remember. In 2011 it brought me to Switzerland, and seven years later I became part of the Bindella family. Today, I am chef de cuisine at Ristorante Bindella Zurich. The food I cook? It’s genuine, Italian, respectful of traditions – but always with a touch of creativity. I love cooking classics like fegato alla veneziana, as well as creating the daily specials, which are based on the seasons and my own inspiration. At Bindella, I especially appreciate the family spirit and working together as a team. Because it takes more than just the best ingredients to make a good dish – it also takes the dedication of the people making it.
