For over 20 years I have had the honour to welcome guests to some of the most renowned restaurants in the city of Zurich. It all started at Paradeplatz. Then my path took me to Ristorante Terrasse, Bianchi, Bindella, Ornellaia, Vallocaia and finally to Zafferano. Though my roots are in Portugal, I am intimately familiar with Italian cuisine thanks to the experience I have gained. Treating guests to culinary delights at Ristorante Bianchi fills me with pride and, because of my history with this unique restaurant, it is also a return to my roots.

For me, the kitchen is more than just a workplace; it’s a place for creativity and constant improvement. Here I am able to live out my passion for Italian cuisine to the fullest and create new culinary masterpieces. With a keen eye on our guests’ wishes and individual requirements, I strive to make every meal here an unforgettable experience.
