Having grown up surrounded by the cuisines of Sicily and Campania, I bring the soul of Southern Italy
straight to the table. I have lived in Switzerland since 1998 and have been a passionate member of the Bindella family since 2010. As the general manager of Ristorante Amalfi, one thing is particularly close to my heart: creating an atmosphere where guests and staff alike feel at home—warm, attentive, and with an eye for detail. Our cuisine reflects exactly that: authentic flavors of the Amalfi Coast, fresh ingredients, and the honest simplicity of a Southern Italian family table.

For me, Switzerland is a family affair—even though I’m originally from Italy, from the province of Como. That’s where I earned my hotel management diploma in 1990 and gained my first hands-on experience in the restaurant industry. North of the Alps, I found my wife and my second home—and in Bindella, an employer who has kept me ever since.
