Tasting notes
Beautiful yellow-golden colour the intense mousse has a delicate, lingering perlage. The bouquet is reminiscent of peach, apple and the scent of toasted bread. Ripe fruit is evident on the palate, giving it character and balance without losing the typical liveliness of a brut.
