Tasting notes
Intense pale yellow. Pleasant and intense on the nose. Notes of ripe stone fruit, a little bread crust, hazelnuts and a multi-layered floral bouquet. Elegant and harmonious on the palate. This brut has a distinctive personality with the typical fruity notes associated with Chardonnay complemented by yeasty aromas. A long and palatable finish.
