Their well-being, health and personal and professional development take centre stage. After all, people feeling valued and supported is what leads to an inspiring work environment. Various benefits enrich everyday working life and offer real added value: employees receive preferential conditions at the Bindella wine shop as well as a 20 per cent discount at all Ristoranti and at the in-house Dolcezze patisserie. If you want to keep your body and mind fit, a workout in the fitness room at the head office in Zurich-Wipkingen is just the ticket – available to all administration staff. Bindella also takes a clear stance when it comes to further training. Free Italian and German courses make it easier to communicate in everyday life and also whet the appetite for a stay at the holiday apartment on our Vallocaia wine estate in Tuscany, which is open to everyone. Practical training formats are offered in the catering industry in particular, deepening specialist knowledge and opening up new perspectives. Long-term service is rewarded with generous anniversary gifts and individual development opportunities. Those who refer new talent from their own circle are rewarded with an attractive bonus. The shared experience is not neglected either. Dialogue, fun and joy take centre stage at the «Caffè con Rudi», «Aperitivo per tutti», «Ci divertiamo» or the «la vita è bella» day. Moments that bring us together, as a team and as a family. Employees also benefit from a variety of discounts in cooperation with external partners, such as special deals with removal or cleaning companies, discounts on hotel accommodation and vehicle purchases or the popular Reka Card – ideal for discounted public transport tickets, leisure activities and fuel. This is all complemented by the Brands for Employees platform, which offers new price discounts on products and services every week. The range of benefits is constantly being expanded so that all employees feel recognised and supported. They go together perfectly – over an aperitivo per tutti! Every two months, the management of one of our Ristoranti hosts a social and relaxed event designed to strengthen relationships and celebrate the Italian way of life. The aperitivo per tutti (aperitif for everyone) offers the ideal opportunity to meet colleagues and exchange ideas with people with whom you may not be in daily contact during your working day. It is also a wonderful opportunity to take a look around the world of Bindella and get to know the various Ristoranti. Of course, all employees are invited to drop by spontaneously – without registering – to raise a glass over homemade antipasti and simply enjoy a beautiful evening.> read nowhttps://www.bindella.ch/weinshop/media/wysiwyg/3_Gesundheit_und_Wohlergehen.png

The day begins with a personal welcome from the management, followed by presentations from speakers from departments such as administration, sales and purchasing, who present their work and show how they contribute to the overall success of Bindella. This gives participants – in groups of 15 to 30 – a comprehensive understanding of the company’s processes and vision. Having lunch together strengthens the sense of belonging and offers the opportunity to network. This exchange is an important step in promoting a sense of belonging at Bindella and in expressing appreciation for our new employees. Bindella employee using the mobile appBindella employee using the mobile appMultilingual dialogue06/12/2023 In a company with 1,500 employees from 60 nations, there are two challenges when it comes to communication: reaching everyone in terms of language and reaching them by the right channel. That is why we have been working with a digital app since 2019, and with theJobdonesolution since 2022. The mobile app is used not only for logging working hours but also for steady communication: every Ristorante has its own circle, and employees can find news about the entire company in the «La Famiglia» stream (including Ticino and Montepulciano). There is a «Mercato» (where you can swap children’s clothes, give your old sofa away, find apartment listings etc.), as well as Challenges and Contests. And the best thing: no matter what language you speak, Jobdone translates automatically. The app is currently used in 42 languages.> read nowhttps://www.bindella.ch/weinshop/media/wysiwyg/8_Menschenw_rdige_Arbeit_und_Wirtschaftswachstum.png
